Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Assistant Manager - EdTech Sales in the Degree Vertical. The role involves driving sales strategies, managing a team to achieve targets, and generating new business opportunities. The Assistant Manager will focus on building strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and effectively communicating the value of LearningShala's degree programs to potential clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring exceptional customer service are key aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities. Qualifications • Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze market trends and strategize effectively • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and tracking sales performance • Motivated, result-driven, and capable of managing a team to achieve targets • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus • Familiarity with education technology and online program offerings • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
