Assistant Manager - FP&A

About the job

Providing financial analysis and support to onshore teams for various FP&A activities such as Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, Management reporting, running MIS etc. Providing financial insights and projections to the Onsite senior management. Provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made. Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner. Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
