Position Title: Assistant Manager HoReCa Department: Institutional Sales Location: Mumbai – HQ Reporting To: Senior Manager Direct Reports: NA Objective of the Role Responsible for primary and secondary sales development. Drive market share growth, achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, resolve market-related issues, and strengthen brand presence in the HoReCa segment. Key Responsibilities • Generate quality leads for HoReCa end customers through cold calling. • Nurture leads and drive active engagement with prospects to generate business for melamine products. • Deliver presentations to HoReCa customers including star-rated hotels, restaurants, cafes, and caterers. • Work closely with Chefs and F&B Managers to understand client needs, recommend appropriate products, and ensure product indents/recommendations at respective accounts. • Collaborate with Purchase Managers and other key decision-makers of HoReCa clients for revenue generation. • Achieve budgeted revenue plans of multi-brand Direct HoReCa dealers by ensuring 100% fill rate at respective dealers for Treo / Procook / Opalware / Milton. • Provide regular updates on competitor products, launches, margins, and market activities. • Resolve HoReCa end-customer and channel issues; troubleshoot market problems and handle product complaints. • Manage receivables for primary sales pertaining to Direct HoReCa channel and HoReCa distributors. • Onboard new dealers and distributors for the HoReCa segment and drive expansion across the entire West region. Competencies / Skills Technical Skills: • Experience in handling HoReCa channels • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Excellent negotiation skills Behavioural Skills: • Strong persuasion, selling, and interpersonal skills • Adaptability and flexibility • Self-driven, motivated, and target-oriented • Resilient with the ability to deal with failures • Ability to work under pressure • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision • Strong business acumen with a flair for sales Qualification MBA / Postgraduate / Smart Graduate in any field Experience Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in a related industry and job profile
