As an Assistant Manager - Key Accounts at Rentokil PCI in Hyderabad, your role will involve managing existing customers in the assigned region/geography. This office-based position will require you to engage with customers via telephone or email, with occasional in-person visits. Reporting to the National Key Account Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as part of a multi-functional team. • *Key Responsibilities:* **- Managing existing customers** **- Ensuring customer retention** **- Renewing annual contracts with price adjustments** **- Managing collection and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)** **- Up-selling services to existing customers** **- Developing new business from prospective customers** **- Conducting market surveys and competitor analysis** **- Providing customer feedback to the service team** **- Performing any other assigned duties as required** • *Key Result Areas:* **- Achieving a customer retention rate of 95% or higher** **- Ensuring 100% on-time customer contract renewals** **- Implementing price increases from existing customers as per targets** **- Meeting collection and DSO targets** • *Qualifications:* **- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Care** **- Experience in managing Key Accounts is preferred** **- Strong Customer Relationship management skills** **- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities** At Rentokil PCI, you can expect: - Attractive Base Salary - Annual Performance Based Bonus - Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy - Travel Reimbursement Rentokil Initial is committed to providing equal opportunities, avoiding discrimination, and promoting workplace diversity.
