Job Title: Assistant Manager Learning & Development (L&D) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 10+ Years Company: Anblicks Inc. (Great Place to Work Certified) Job Summary Anblicks Inc. is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to drive capability building across Cloud, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, and Leadership. This role will play a key part in aligning learning initiatives with business objectives, enabling delivery excellence, and building future-ready talent. Key Responsibilities • Conduct enterprise-level Training Needs Analysis (TNA) aligned to technical and leadership capability roadmaps • Design, deliver, and manage blended learning programs including technical academies, certifications, workshops, and e-learning • Partner with Practice Heads, Delivery Leaders, SMEs, and HR to implement role-based learning paths • Lead technical onboarding programs to accelerate productivity of new hires • Measure training effectiveness using assessments, learner feedback, and performance metrics • Manage Learning Management System (LMS), training records, and compliance • Coordinate with external training partners and vendors and manage learning budgets • Stay updated with evolving trends in cloud, data, analytics, AI, and digital learning Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in IT / Technology / Consulting organizations • Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, blended learning models, and learning analytics • Ability to manage multiple learning initiatives in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills • Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Exposure to Data Engineering, Analytics, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), AI concepts • L&D, Agile, Cloud, or Data-related certifications Why Join Anblicks • High-impact role supporting cloud and data transformation programs • Opportunity to work with senior leadership and technical experts • Strong learning culture in a Great Place to Work Certified organization • Career growth in a fast-scaling technology company
