Assistant Manager - Marketing & Internal Communication
About the job
Objective Marketing & Internal Communication plays a key role in shaping both internal and external communication This role is responsible for creating clear, engaging, and consistent messaging that connects with customers across all touchpoints while maintaining the brand’s voice. This role also drives internal employee engagement through meaningful initiatives that strengthen connection, culture, and alignment within the organization, including creating and managing employee mailers and internal communications. Additionally, the role supports strengthening the brand through impactful content, videos, and internal initiatives, while ensuring smooth and efficient execution behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities • Creating content for SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, and RCS, ensuring all external customer communications strictly adhere to brand guidelines. • Writing creative content for mailers, push notifications, banners, and other assets, while working closely with designers. • Keeping track of CTR for the CRM campaigns. • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including CRM, sales, risk, product, people, IT, facilities (across all zones) and legal teams to manage Internal communication/mailers. Providing content wherever required • Managing coordination with external vendors/agency for work. • Working on YouTube videos series. This includes writing scripts, planning the shoot, choosing the presenter, and post edits. • Driving internal employee engagement activities aligned with brand campaigns. • Executing BTL activities across offices (posters, danglers, etc.) during brand campaigns. • Organizing townhall/corporate events and managing related communications. • Creating and managing employee townhalls • Proofreading sales team content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines • Reviewing digital team creatives for consistency with brand standards Need to Have Areas • 4 - 6 years of Content writing experience, including 2+ years of experience in online space. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, is good to have. • Fair knowledge on tools like content audit, plagiarism checker. • Understanding on CMS tools if any, is good to have. • Experience with large cross-functional teams to deliver content on tight deadlines. • Good experience in content creation, audit and editing. • Good Team player who works well in collaborative and matrix management situations. • Strong relationship management skills and proactivity, drive forward, can-do attitude. • Open mind, Quick learner, Confident and Self-motivated and highly energetic. • Target orientated and self-managed, good negotiator
