If you have a track record of driving product success through consumer centric thinking & data and have a bias for action, then it’s time to join Western Union’s Digital Payment Product team as an Assistant Manager, Product Management. Role Responsibilities • Define product features, ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience along with mapping of KPIs for measuring performance and defining success. • Submit requirements via detailed stories as per the agile methodology, undertake RDW and grooming sessions with engineering and other cross-functional teams. • Ensure the highest quality standards for products through quality testing standards. • Collaborate with stakeholders across cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication of product goals, timelines, and milestones. • Participate and assist in ensuring healthy product backlog and develop detailed product roadmaps, considering resource allocation, timelines, and dependencies. Ensure customer focus by gathering and analyzing customer journeys, feature performance, user testing, data-driven decision-making, reviewing customer feedback and incorporating insights into product improvements via optimizations. • Be the subject matter expert on digital for single/multiple payment flows. • Manage products ensuring proper alignment and approvals are obtained from Legal, Compliance, Privacy and Infosec. Role Requirements • 7-12 years of product management experience in the digital space. • Consumer product management experience, with a deep understanding of the technical ecosystems. • Excellent analytical skills and ability to constantly deep dive and take decisions based on data. • Experience creating wireframes, workflow diagrams, product features & stories. • Ability to break down complex experiences into simple documents, stories, and flows. Experience in developing user flows and collaboration Diagrams. • Experience with customer research and usability testing methodologies. • Experience working with multiple stakeholders/teams in different countries with different cultural backgrounds. • Hands on experience in product development, optimization and new product initiatives process and product life-cycle management. What will make you stand out: • Master Degree in business. • Experience in web and mobile marketing and analytics. • Experience in FinTech industry in digital space - mainly in payments – cards, D2B etc. • Experience working in a large corporate environment. • Experience in global money movement or financial services. • Ability to effectively use – AB test tools, Analytics tools and other front-end tools is an advantage.
