Qualifications • Strong expertise in recruitment strategy development, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition • Proficiency in interview processes, candidate assessment, and onboarding best practices • Experience in managing recruitment databases, tracking metrics, and maintaining hiring records • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities • Familiarity with the hospitality industry and relevant recruitment landscapes is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in HR or recruitment are advantageous
