Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager-Sales and Marketing based in Mangaluru. The Assistant Manager will oversee sales initiatives, build and maintain client relationships, develop marketing strategies, and manage promotional campaigns. This role will also require the candidate to identify new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall brand growth. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be key aspects of the position. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and client account management • Strong Marketing, Market Research, and Campaign Management skills • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills • Strategic Thinking and Leadership abilities • Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools • Degree or Diploma in any field • Ability to work on-site in Mangaluru and travel as needed • Experience in the safety equipment or professional cleaning chemicals
