About the job
Core Responsibilities: - Performance Marketing Execution – Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, and Linked In with a clear focus on customer acquisition and ROAS. - Campaign Management – Own end-to-end execution: audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, creatives deployment, and daily optimisation. - Targeting & Funnels – Build and refine audience segments (interest, behavioural, lookalikes, retargeting) to improve conversion efficiency across funnels. - Creative Deployment – Work closely with the Creative team to continuously test and scale winning creatives (hooks, formats, messaging). - Platform Operations – Manage ad dashboards, pixels, tracking, and ensure campaigns are running smoothly across platforms. - Engagement & DMs – Actively manage inbound queries, comments, and DMs across platforms—turning interest into conversion and improving response time. - Performance Tracking – Monitor and report on key metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, engagement rates, and funnel drop-offs. - Insight Generation – Translate campaign data into actionable insights—what’s working, what’s not, and what to scale or kill. - Experimentation Velocity – Run rapid experiments across creatives, audiences, and messaging to continuously improve performance. The ideal candidate: - 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid social / growth roles. - Strong experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube (LinkedIn is a plus). - Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, targeting, and funnel optimisation. - Comfortable working with ad managers, analytics dashboards, and tracking tools. - Has executed A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages. - Is highly execution-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing daily campaign operations. - Can move fast, iterate quickly, and operate in a high-ownership startup environment. - Experience in consumer tech, D2C, or app growth is a strong plus.
