We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager – Wedding Sales to join our team and drive wedding business growth for the palace. Key Responsibilities • Generate leads and drive closures for destination weddings at Haut Monde Rajputana Palace. • Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, travel agents, and corporate clients. • Handle inbound and outbound wedding queries – from first contact to final contract. • Conduct property show-rounds, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients. • Collaborate with the operations and events team to ensure smooth execution of weddings. • Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. • Track market trends, competitor activities, and share insights to sharpen sales strategies. • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups. Requirements • 2–5 years of proven experience in wedding sales, banquet sales, or event sales within luxury hotels, resorts, or wedding venues. • Strong existing network with wedding planners, event aggregators, and travel partners. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. • Ability to deliver presentations, conduct show-rounds, and close high-value deals. • Willingness to travel within NCR/Rajasthan for client meetings and networking. • A proactive and target-driven professional with a passion for weddings and hospitality.
