About the job

We are hiring an Assistant Program Manager to drive execution across customer & dealer training, issue resolution, cross-functional coordination, supply chain tracking, and data-driven program management. This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership, structured thinking, and comfort working across ground operations and leadership stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer & Dealer Training - Plan and conduct onboarding & refresher training (virtual/on-ground) - Develop SOPs, user manuals, and training materials - Track training coverage and effectiveness - Reduce repeat operational errors through structured training 2. Issue Resolution & Escalations - Act as SPOC for program-related customer/dealer issues - Drive root cause analysis across Tech, Ops, SCM, Finance - Maintain issue tracker and ensure closure within TAT - Escalate risks with context and mitigation plan 3. Cross-Functional Team (CFT) Coordination - Align Operations, Tech, SCM, Finance, and Sales teams - Track milestones, dependencies, and execution timelines - Conduct weekly reviews and publish structured updates - Proactively identify and manage risks 4. Supply Chain (SCM) Coordination - Track demand vs supply planning - Monitor inventory and deployment timelines - Identify bottlenecks in dispatch/installation - Support billing reconciliation and fulfillment tracking 5. Success Metrics - Improved training effectiveness & reduced repeat issues - Faster issue resolution TAT - On-time program milestone delivery - Improved inventory availability & deployment timelines - Accurate, insight-driven reporting Required Skills - 2–5 years in Program Management / Operations / SCM / Mobility / Startup - Strong Excel skills (Pivot, Lookups, Dashboards, Data Cleaning) - Exposure to BI tools (Power BI preferred) - Strong stakeholder management & communication - High ownership and bias for action.
