Job description: We are a growing real estate third-party construction company based in the United States specializing in providing construction services primarily for hotels projects. We are seeking a highly organized Assistant Project Manager to oversee project tracking systems, coordinate team deliverables, assist with bidding processes, and review takeoffs for accuracy. This role requires strong construction knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure projects run smoothly from pre-construction through execution. Key Responsibilities: • Review and manage the Buyout Tracker and follow up with responsible parties • Oversee and update the Submittal Tracker to ensure timely submissions and approvals • Maintain the Email Tracker for project communications and outstanding action items • Keep Lookahead Schedules accurate and up to date • Maintain Checklist and Verification Trackers for project compliance • Distribute meeting minutes promptly and ensure assigned tasks are followed through • Manage the Deadline Tracker and ensure accountability across the team • Serve as a Reviewer for all project documentation, verifying accuracy and completeness before submission • Assist with bidding processes, including coordinating subcontractor outreach, collecting proposals, and preparing bid comparisons • Review construction takeoffs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements
