About the job
Job Description The resource will be responsible to support the delivery of construction and workplace projects across all phases. The resource will assist in planning, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes. • Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project • Producing project plans • Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators • Tracking and documenting changes • Preparing written project communication materials • Preparing formal project progress and other reports • Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers • Attending meetings and drafting minutes, etc. • Preparing presentation materials for client pitches, etc. • Inputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database. Qualifications • Education - B.E / B. Tech Mechanical / post-Graduation in NICMAR. • 3 – 5 years (Experience min 3 years) • 3 years of experience in execution of Mechanical work in Industrial projects.
