Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying potential business opportunities. Other responsibilities include assisting in the development of sales strategies, managing a sales team, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members • Proficiency in market analysis, business development, and strategic planning • Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities • Basic understanding of financial services and products such as loans, insurance, and investments • Proven experience in team management and collaboration • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field • Prior experience in financial services or sales roles is a plus
