About the job

Assistant Stores will be responsible for accounting of material, Issuing of materials to production, Follow up of materials with the Purchase/Sub Contractors. Coordinate with the Store Keepers on daily basis to Monitor the Stacking of the material in the right location and Issue of material from Stores. He will also be responsible for Reconciliation of Materials and Making Weekly MIS reports. Responsibilities: • To stack the Material in stores as per the Dedicated Location. • Accountability of material- Stock taking and Material reconciliation. • Following up with the Purchase/Production for ensuring the material availability. • Posting/Issue of material from Stores. • Monthly Material Reconciliation. • Discuss Internally with the Production Department to understand immediate requirements. • Preparing MIS reports on a Weekly basis.
