Job Title: Assistant Ultra Logistics Excellence Manager Location: Mumbai HO Department: Supply Chain / Customer Operations Job Purpose: The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for driving cost, service, and network performance analytics using advanced tools such as Python, Power BI, SQL, and automation platforms. The role will convert data-backed insights into actionable initiatives that enhance transportation efficiency, reduce logistics cost, and improve service levels across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analytics & Insights Development • Build and maintain dashboards, models, and automated reports using Power BI, Python, and SQL to track logistics KPIs. • Conduct deep-dive analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities, service gaps, route inefficiencies, and vendor performance issues. • Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics for truck placement, network optimization, shipment planning, and service forecasting. • Analyse transportation and warehouse data to spot trends, anomalies, and improvement levers. 2. Driving Execution Through Insights • Collaborate with logistics operations, planning, procurement, and warehouse teams to implement improvement actions based on analytical findings. • Monitor post-implementation results to validate impact and drive continuous improvement. Experience Required: • 2–6 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics analytics, transportation analytics, or similar roles. • Hands-on experience with Python, Power BI, SQL, or cloud data platforms. • Exposure to logistics operations such as transportation, network planning, or warehouse management.
