Key Responsibilities : • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, driving end-to-end ML model development and deployment. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and define the data science roadmap. • Translate business problems into analytical solutions using ML, AI, and advanced statistical methods. • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring scalability, efficiency, and quality. • Promote best practices in data science, model governance, and MLOps. • Support hiring, career development, and performance management within the team. Required Skills & Experience : • 10–16 years of experience in Data Science, AI / ML, or Advanced Analytics , with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. • Strong hands-on expertise in Python / R , SQL , and major ML frameworks. • Solid understanding of techniques such as regression, classification, decision trees, clustering, neural networks, and NLP. • Proven ability to apply data science to business problems like churn prediction, LTV modeling, and personalization. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field .
