Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Sr. Data Scientist. In this role, The Senior Data Scientist will leverage advanced machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and statistical modelling to solve complex business challenges and generate measurable value. The role encompasses building predictive and generative AI models, operationalizing them at scale, and ensuring interpretability, robustness, and alignment with strategic objectives. Responsibilities: • ML/DL Model Development - Design, build, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models (regression, classification, clustering) to solve business-critical problems. • GenAI & Agentic AI Solutions - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed models into GenAI applications using RAG pipelines, LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases. • LLM Integration - Apply OpenAI and other LLM frameworks to drive automation, contextual intelligence, and enhanced decision-making. • Workforce Analytics - Partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver predictive modelling, attrition analysis, workforce planning, and associate 360 solutions that improve employee experience. • Scalability & Performance - Ensure deployed models are production-ready, meeting enterprise standards for scalability, robustness, latency, and interpretability. • Data Insights & Visualization - Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and integrate AI-driven insights into dashboards and visualization tools for decision support. • Innovation & Continuous Learning - Stay ahead of advancements in AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI technologies, continuously experimenting with new methods to drive business value. • Knowledge Sharing - Conduct internal sessions to share learnings from projects, new AI/ML techniques, and best practices with peers and cross-functional teams. • Stakeholder Communication - Translate complex statistical and AI/ML concepts into clear, actionable insights for business and non-technical stakeholders. • Documentation & Enablement - Create well-structured documentation, guidelines, and walkthroughs to support model adoption, reproducibility, and smooth handovers across teams. • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Works closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI/ML solutions and ensure seamless integration into workflows. • Independent Contribution - Operates as a hands-on specialist, owning end-to-end project execution from data preparation and modelling to deployment and monitoring, without heavy reliance on team supervision. • Stakeholder Alignment - Engages regularly with business and HR stakeholders to present findings, validate models, and incorporate feedback, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
