We are seeking a talented and dynamic Associate/ Analyst – Asset Management at Mumbai for one of the largest Industrial real estate developers with presence across India. Key responsibilities - 1. Strategy - Develop and deploy company-wide asset management and capital planning strategies, policies, processes, and procedures, in a dynamic and accelerated growth environment. 2. Operations Management - Handle the responsibility for the preparation and presentation of annual budget, annual operating plans, etc. 3. Growth & Expansion - Support leasing and client engagement team for new business acquisition, design of new product offerings, superior service delivery, etc. Educational Requirement and Work Experience - Bachelor's Degree preferably with a post graduate Management degree. Years of experience: 4+ years.
