Position : Associate / Analyst Desired Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA Experience: Years Location : Hyderabad Responsibilities: • Support investment team in deal analysis, presentations, reporting & other investment related activities. • Responsible for investment evaluation, build financial model, valuations, preparation of investment memorandums, presentations and other investment related ... documents • Conduct due diligence on potential investments, carryout primary and secondary research on the sector and company, conduct field visits, interviews with experts, co-ordination with external agencies for legal and financial diligence • Develop pipeline for potential investments as per the investment mandate of the Fund • Support team in the fund-raising activities, investor communication, newsletters, quarterly reports etc. Desired Candidate Profile: • Should have an analytical mind with strong written and verbal communication • Self driven with strong attention to detail. • Candidate with exposure to start-up eco-system or having experience in investment banking, venture capital, incubation center, consulting shall be preferred
