Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues. The Opportunity When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As part of the Financial Due Diligence team you will analyze financial positions and provide solutions to distressed companies, helping them stabilize and thrive. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to various financial analysis tasks while developing your skills in a collaborative environment. This role presents a chance to work on impactful projects that influence business outcomes across diverse sectors. Responsibilities- • Analyze financial data to provide insights for distressed companies • Collaborate with team members on various financial analysis tasks • Contribute to impactful projects that drive business outcomes • Develop skills in financial reporting and analysis • Support the team in delivering quality work in a collaborative setting • Engage in continuous learning to enhance analytical abilities • Uphold professional standards and ethical guidelines • Assist in identifying solutions for client challenges What You Must Have- • Bachelor's Degree- 1 year of experience • Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart- • CA/MBA/CFA preferred • Working knowledge of analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx • Managing multiple responsibilities under competing priorities • Taking responsibility for timely and quality task completion • Possessing Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills • Excelling in written and verbal communication in English • Demonstrating self-motivation for personal growth • Committed to continuous training and proactive learning • Key responsibilities are assigned based on an evaluation of the candidate’s professional qualifications, relevant experience, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a demonstrated working knowledge of financial analysis, and agreement/contract review that impacts the business and economic environment.
