Job Description & Summary At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. Responsibilities: • Good academic track record and strong work ethic. • An understanding of valuation, including cost of capital, DCF, and other valuation tools. • Attention to detail. • Self-motivated attitude and able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Advanced skills set in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; exposure to databases such as Bloomberg, Capitaline etc. is a plus. • Internship experience in valuations /corporate finance space is a plus but not required. Mandatory skill sets: • Valuations / Financial Modelling Preferred skill sets: • Financial Modelling Educational qualification: • CA / MBA Degrees/Field of Study required: • Chartered Accountant Diploma, MBA (Master of Business Administration) Desired Languages: • Not specified Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
