Role Overview TresVista is looking to hire an Associate in its Data Intelligence Group team. This role is perfect for a candidate eager to learn and drive end-to-end development of Appian BPM applications from an offshore perspective. The role involves designing, integrating, and managing the full application lifecycle, optimizing performance, and leading technical teams while ensuring governance, documentation, and system reliability. Key Role Deliverables : • Lead the development of Appian BPM applications from an offshore perspective. • Develop integrations between Appian and external systems using APIs, web services, AI skills. • Manage the full application lifecycle, from design and development through testing, deployment, and support. • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance. • Contribute to solution governance and documentation, ensuring system reliability and maintainability. Prerequisites : • Certified Appian Lead Developer • Experience leading small-to-medium technical teams and managing project deliverables. • Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL), and web technologies. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience : • 6+ years of overall development experience in software engineering • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Appian, preferably on version 24.x Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or master's would be preferable. Compensation : The compensation structure will be as per industry standards.
