Associate – Consumer Insights
About the job
Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the end-to-end management of consumer research projects. The role involves coordinating with research agencies, managing internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of studies, and helping deliver meaningful consumer insight reports. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution Manage end-to-end consumer research projects (CLT, IHVs, Product Tests, Sensory Panels, etc.). Liaise with external research agencies to ensure timelines, protocols, and deliverables are met. Coordinate sample preparation, logistics, and study materials required for each project. Track project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless execution at every stage. Assist in data checks, interpretation, and preparation of consumer insight decks. Internal Coordination Work closely with cross-functional teams — Creative Managers, Marketing and Sales — for alignment on study requirements. Ensure timely communication of project updates, risks, and dependencies. Maintain documentation, trackers, and internal approvals required for project flow. Vendor & Process Management Coordinate with research agencies for proposals, timelines, stimulus preparation, and fieldwork execution. Manage POs, invoices, and basic financial coordination. Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. • 2–3 years of experience in marketing research, or project coordination roles. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. • Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines. Personal Attributes: • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline. • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams. • Curious about consumers, markets, and product experiences.
