Overview: We are seeking a proactive Associate – Customer Success to support post-sales operations, client onboarding, and implementation activities. The role focuses on ensuring seamless operational execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high service standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage post-sales customer success and operational coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day business processes. • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for enterprise clients, addressing queries, managing requests, and ensuring timely execution. • Support software/platform implementation, onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting in collaboration with tech and product teams. • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics, ensuring performance standards and service quality are consistently met. • Coordinate with Operations, Product, Tech, and Client stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and process adherence. • Drive operational efficiency improvements by tracking performance and identifying process gaps. • Conduct client training or implementation visits when required. Eligibility Criteria • Experience: Minimum 6+ months in Customer Success, Operations, Implementation, or Supply Chain coordination roles. Freshers with relevant internships may be considered. • Education: If fresher, MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics is mandatory. • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled operations environments preferred. Preferred Background • Exposure to Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics operations, Enterprise SaaS platforms, KPI dashboards, or operational analytics. • Prior experience in Logistics SaaS or Enterprise SaaS companies is an advantage.
