This is a position with a hybrid work environment, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading AI / ML initiatives within our organization. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage AI / ML projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI / ML solutions. • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI / ML technologies for business improvement. • Establish best practices and frameworks for AI / ML development and deployment. • Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. • Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. Required Skills: • At least 2+ years of total & relevant experience in AI / ML or a related field. • Proven track record of successfully managing AI / ML projects and teams. • Strong technical expertise in AI / ML models, algorithms, and tools. • Experience working in hybrid work environments is a plus. • Experience with building highly scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant microservices. Preferred Skillsets: • Prior experience in industries leveraging AI / ML technologies would be advantageous.
