Roles & Responsibilities: • Collect and analyse quantitative product data and market benchmarks. • Gather product requirements and align them with business objectives. • Lead requirement-gathering sessions for existing products across teams. • Support the development of new product features and strategies. • Assist in managing the product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and post-launch enhancements. • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the product vision. • Manage relationships with internal technology users and vendors. • Monitor product performance and uptime as per departmental KPIs. • Promote agile development practices to enhance product and process efficiency. • Conduct market analysis to support digital adoption initiatives. Education Qualification: Graduation: Bachelor's in engineering / technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management Post Graduation: MBA/PGDM Experience: 2 to 5 years of total relevant experience in Wholesale Banking Treasury Audit.
