JOB RESPONSIBILITY • Lead the strategic vision, design, and execution of change and programs involving transformation across global platforms, systems, applications, tools, and technologies. • This role combines change leadership with hands-on program delivery, ensuring that associated business processes, systems & tools are transformed and aligned with enterprise transformation agenda. • Collaborates cross-functionally with business, corporate functions and global stakeholders to deliver high-impact change initiatives. • Adopt techniques like design thinking mindset and agile planning to put customer / associate at the center of solution and refine design from continuous feedback. • Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively influence strategy and decision making across multiple levels of the organization and diverse business & technology groups.
