About The Role PubMatic is hiring an Associate Director, Customer Success, to join our growing team in Gurugram. What You'll Do • Manage a large team of direct reports, including their ongoing development. • Oversee relationship management of a large book of publisher accounts. • Ensure operational excellence as primary technical escalation point for team. • Develop a culture of collaboration and accountability across the team. • Collaborate with Publisher Development team and Product Commercial Leads. We'd Love for You to Have • Previous management experience required. • Minimum 8 years of relevant programmatic ad tech work experience. • Proactive, quick learner, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills.
