The LCCI (Lilly Capability Centre India), BI&A (Business Insights & Analytics) team was started in 2017 with the objective of supporting business decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the Data Science team, help data scientists take ownership. • Create a framework for communication, project management, and execution across the team. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders. Required Skills and Expertise: • 12+ years of relevant experience in data science and people management roles. • High level of motivation and a strong desire to find creative solutions. Education: • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Applications/ Mathematics/ Pharma or a related field.
