Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Data Science team, help data scientists take ownership and deliver best outcomes. - Create a framework for communication, project management, and execution. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand key result areas. - Develop a pipeline of data science talent and leadership. - Strategize on key opportunities/whitespaces. Required Skills and Expertise: - 12+ years of relevant experience in a data science and people management roles. - At least 6+ years’ experience in leading highly competent teams. - Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage resources to achieve project results. Education: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Applications/Mathematics/Pharma or a related field from a premium college.
