Role: Associate Director – Delivery (Coding | CDI Specialty) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 18–20 years in US Healthcare RCM (Medical Coding – CDI), with at least 3 years in leadership and 10 years in managerial roles. About the Role: Lead end-to-end delivery operations, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Drive strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute delivery strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee project lifecycle, resource planning, and risk management. Mentor and lead delivery teams for high performance. Ensure client satisfaction and continuous process improvement. Must-Have Expertise: Strong experience in IPDRG and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI). Proven track record in large-scale project delivery and team leadership. Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. Eligibility: Manager/Senior Manager/AGM/DGM/GM/AD level professionals. Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; PMP/Agile certifications preferred.
