Role Purpose We are looking for a Associate Director, Distribution. This is a people manager role reporting to the vertical head of Distribution, Paylater. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Distribution Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The responsibilities we entrust you with • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement distribution strategies aligned with company goals to drive business volume. • Team Management: Lead and mentor regional sales and distribution teams to meet performance targets. • Key Account Management: Foster strong relationships with KAM Stores to ensure operational smoothness and business growth • Expansion Initiatives: Identify and open new markets based on city potential to enhance distribution and volume growth. • Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data to assess performance, implement corrective actions, and identify improvement areas. • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and product knowledge while managing budgets and expanding into new cities. • Culture Code Champion: Advocate for organizational values and drive cultural excellence, ensuring alignment with the company's culture code.
