Associate Director - EPM Finance Transformation

Job Profile: As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with leading global corporate institutions and advise them on their core finance processes within key areas such as: · Finance & Accounting Process Optimization · Digital Finance (BlackLine, Trintech, Aptitude, OneStream, Anaplan, etc.) · Technology/ ERP Enabled Finance · Enterprise Performance Management · Global Business Services / Transitions Some specific responsibilities include leading individual workstreams, creating/ owning client ready deliverables, contributing to proposals and other Business Development efforts, managing project plans, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and developing/ mentoring junior team members by driving things on the ground independently while working closely with the Engagement Lead. Overseas travel may be involved. Desired Skills: · Experience in any of the below: • Finance/business transformation projects across the phases from assessment, design through to implementation and benefits realization. • Current state assessment and Target Operating Model design for Finance processes encompassing Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, management and statutory reporting etc. • Functional consulting role in implementations of F&A solutions such as BlackLine, Trintech Cadency, Oracle ARCS, Oracle PCMCS, Aptitude, HighRadius, etc. • Functional consulting role in implementations of EPM solutions such as OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle PBCS/ EPBCS, SAP BPC, etc. • Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting and forecasting function, with ability to independently translate business requirements into technical solutions • Strong functional understanding and exposure to leading ERP solutions (Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics) • Industry recognized certifications in the above mentioned (but not limited to) solutions. • Transitioning F&A operations and setting up shared service centers (from business case development to implementation) · Understanding of regulatory changes like ASC 606, ASC 842, IFRS 17 will be an added advantage · Experience of working with Banking/ Asset Management/ Insurance sector clients will be an added advantage · Self-starting, pro-active team player with an ability to work in challenging environments across industries/sectors · Experience of producing thoughtful work products/deliverables independently with minimal instructions · Experience in contributing to business development through RFP/ bid responses/ proposals · Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate the business challenges and explain proposed solutions. · Ability to build collaborative relationships with project teams · Strong analytical/ MS Excel skills and Presentation/PowerPoint skills. Experience: · Consulting Team is currently seeking an experienced Associate Director with relevant experience of at least 10 years. Relevant work experience will be considered based on the interview process.
