Role Overview The Associate Director, GenAI & Agentic AI Product Manager will redefine what’s possible and unleash the potential of Artificial Intelligence at our company. This position is responsible for owning the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative GenAI and agentic AI products, integrating AI models and autonomous agents into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business impact. What will you do in this role • Product Vision & Strategy • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for GenAI and agentic AI solutions, aligned with our company’s mission and business objectives. • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market trends, user needs, and business priorities. • Conduct innovation proof of concepts and pilots to identify and onboard pertinent solutions following company policies and in partnership with other stakeholders in the organization. Product Lifecycle Management • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement. • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business, compliance) to deliver high-impact products on time and within budget. • Serve as the single point of accountability for all technical matters within the product line. • Partner with Product Line leader, Product Manager(s) and other stakeholders in understanding, prioritizing, planning and implementing technical solutions that deliver desired business value. • Agentic AI Leadership • Champion agentic AI concepts, designing products that leverage autonomous agents for dynamic, adaptive, and goal-oriented user experiences. • Collaborate with research and engineering teams to translate model capabilities into innovative product features. • Apply risk-based decision making to complex problems and consult with relevant subject matter advisors as needed to inform the decision. • Identify and promote reuse of modular components and frameworks to reduce implementation time and costs. Market & User Research • Conduct market analysis, user research, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform product direction. • Gather and synthesize user feedback to drive product evolution and ensure exceptional user experience. Stakeholder Engagement • Build strong relationships with business, technical, and external partners; drive alignment and buy-in for product initiatives. • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Metrics & Outcomes • Define and monitor product success metrics (adoption, engagement, ROI); use data-driven insights to iterate and improve. • Ensure products deliver measurable business value and support our company’s strategic goals. • Contribute to developing accurate and realistic plans, resource estimates, and timelines in alignment with prioritized business requirements. Compliance & Ethics • Ensure products meet regulatory, ethical, and data protection standards. • Operate with integrity and ensure adherence with organization policies, quality assurance and data protection processes. • Define and enforce development standards, best practices and review processes to ensure consistency of delivery quality and reusability of solution components. Continuous Learning & Innovation • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in GenAI, agentic AI, and machine learning technologies. • Exhibit a passion for technology innovations that drive business value and foster a growth mindset with a keen desire learn new technologies and trends. What should you have • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any technology stream. • 12+ years of overall work experience with at least 5+ years of experience leading engineering of AI/ML, RPA, or complex custom software solutions or products in an enterprise setting. • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling enterprise AI solutions. • Strong understanding of agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), RAG, prompt engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS/Microsoft). • Demonstrable understanding and ability to articulate architecture, technology, and software engineering best practices in AI/ML, RPA, and/or GenAI. • Experience in user-centric design, market research, and agile methodologies. • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Strategic thinking, business acumen, and technical fluency. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user and business value. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Passion for technology innovation and continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in an Agile Methodology. • Prior experience developing highly scaled full-stack product(s) / solution(s) involving one or more components such as front-end, API, microservices, container services. • Prior experience in unstructured data handling and familiarity with techniques for Unstructured data ingestion, content extraction, annotations etc. • Demonstrated experience in developing and refining prompts for generative AI models, preferably in creative or text generation domains. • Advanced certifications in architecture, cloud engineering, AI/ML, and/or GenAI, preferably in AWS or Microsoft. • Ability to articulate decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders with varying technical and functional acumen.
