Exploring the Role The marketing team at RateGain is undergoing a transformation, bringing together dynamic, high-performing individuals who are passionate about creating exceptional buyer experiences across the purchase journey. This role is perfect for a data-driven B2B marketer who thrives at the intersection of analytics, sales enablement, and product-led growth strategies—someone who can work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other marketing verticals to turn insights into compelling narratives and impactful campaigns. How Your Day Will Look Like / Job Responsibilities Product Marketing & Demand Generation • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive demand generation and manage end-to-end funnel activities. • Create detailed buyer personas and journeys to influence purchasing behavior and optimize marketing efforts. • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to nurture leads across the funnel, from awareness to conversion. • Collaborate with sales, product, and other marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution. Sales Enablement & Collaboration • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to provide them with the tools and content needed to effectively engage prospects. • Partner with global product and tech teams to run product-led growth campaigns. • Collaborate with internal teams (PR, digital, events) and external agencies to deliver marketing objectives. Customer Feedback & Engagement • Prioritize collecting customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product improvements. • Nurture existing customers, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue. • Build and manage drip and nurture campaigns to enhance lead conversion and reduce acquisition costs. Ownership & Agility • Be hands-on and self-driven with a bias for execution and speed. • Be open to learning about new technologies, emerging marketing tactics, and industry-specific insights in travel and hospitality. Knowledge & Experience • 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience. • Proven track record in building high-ROI programs. • Strong grasp of digital marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign automation tools. Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. • Expertise in marketing tools, content platforms, and CRM systems.
