This center positions Huge to move faster, scale smarter, and deliver transformative digital experiences for clients worldwide. Associate Director, Program Delivery (D4) We are seeking an Associate Director of Program Delivery to lead the successful execution of complex, large-scale digital initiatives within a global organization. This role focuses on driving delivery excellence across programs that span web and application development, design systems, and integrated digital products. You will serve as the connective hub between development teams, cross-discipline partners, and leadership; balancing tactical oversight with strategic planning, while ensuring the health and growth of your team. What you’ll be doing: • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-million-dollar, multi-year programs with multiple development and engineering workstreams. • Partner closely with Technology, Product, and Design leads to define solutions, manage dependencies, and drive progress across distributed teams. • Act as the escalation point for delivery issues within your portfolio, ensuring blockers are resolved quickly and risks are mitigated proactively. • Oversee Project and/or Program Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and structured performance management to support team growth. • Ensure teams are appropriately staffed by partnering with resource management and making thoughtful allocation decisions that balance delivery needs with team health. • Manage portfolio-level financials including forecasting, reporting, and risk assessment to ensure delivery against budget and timeline. • Contribute to delivery best practices by evolving methods, tools, and processes for working effectively with development-heavy teams in an agile or hybrid environment. • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within delivery and development teams. • Support organizational growth by recruiting, onboarding, and developing future Program and Project Management talent. • Work seamlessly within a global organizational structure, coordinating across regions and time zones and collaborating with international stakeholders. What we’d like to see: • Extensive experience managing complex software development programs, ideally within a global organization. • Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams with a heavy development focus, including web and application engineers. • Strong command of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and modern delivery practices. • Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones, reporting into and partnering with global leadership teams. • Demonstrated success managing and developing direct reports, fostering high-performing delivery teams. • Knowledge of development technologies, third-party integrations, and vendor management, with the ability to translate technical dependencies into delivery plans. • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and risk management skills in complex, fast-paced environments. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
