Job Description: • Identifying key moments across the employee lifecycle and supporting the design of programs that enhance culture and drive engagement. • Managing the end-to-end induction program for new hires across Delhivery PAN India. • Driving initiatives focused on employee health and wellness across corporate and field locations. • Strengthening internal communication by supporting effective and consistent messaging channels. • Supporting and implementing recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation. • Rolling out employee listening tools (e.g. surveys, feedback mechanisms) to gather actionable insights. • Planning and executing festival celebrations and cultural events to build inclusivity and connection.
