Your Role As an Associate General Manager, you will oversee all villa operations, including staff management, vendor relationships, and ensuring guest satisfaction. About You • Develop operational strategies to achieve regional goals. • Oversee the training and development of all staff in the region. • Ensure consistent service delivery across all villas. • Monitor and manage the operational budget.
