Your Role As a Associate General Manager for Supply Growth Acquisition at StayVista, You are responsible for identifying, evaluating, and closing supply partnerships with independent hotels, serviced residences, and branded or unbranded apartment units. This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality trends, lease structures, commercial due diligence, and negotiation to ensure high-quality and profitable property acquisitions. You will play a key role in expanding the supply network by building strong relationships, assessing business potential, and securing strategic partnerships. About You • Scout and evaluate potential hotels, serviced apartments, and residential properties for leasing or management contracts. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across target micro-markets. • Conduct financial and commercial feasibility assessments (ARR, occupancy, ROI, payback, etc.). • Negotiate term sheets and close lease or licensing agreements with property owners. • Collaborate with design, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth property onboarding. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, and asset owners. • Monitor competition and market trends to stay ahead of hospitality supply dynamics. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to build trust and relationships with property owners and key decision-makers. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive on-ground field work. • Knowledge of hospitality, rental markets, or commercial negotiations is a strong advantage. • Willingness to travel frequently. Key Metrics: what you will drive and achieve • Drive monthly room sign-ups by building a strong acquisition funnel with qualified leads, meetings, proposals, and closures across targeted micro-markets. • Ensure smooth owner experience during sign-up and onboarding while expanding city coverage and strengthening market penetration. • Track market trends, ARR, occupancy, competition, and identify local opportunities such as new projects or distressed inventory for supply growth.
