Responsibilities • Lead and manage all phases of Thermal Projects from planning to execution. • Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation. • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track. • Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders and senior management. • Manage project budgets and financials to achieve project profitability. • Mentor and guide project teams to enhance their performance and productivity. • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout project execution.
