Associate Manager - Loyalty Marketing Communication

Job Purpose Drive growth and engagement for the loyalty program by managing content strategy, creative direction, and marketing communications across all channels. Own end-to-end campaign execution, website content, and partner communications to deliver a consistent, customer-centric brand experience. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, app, social, web). • Coordinate creative briefs, approvals, and timely deployment. • Track performance and optimize based on insights. Lifecycle Marketing • Build and refine member journeys (onboarding, upgrades, inactivity, redemption). • Use data and feedback to enhance engagement and retention. Segmentation & Personalization • Collaborate with analytics to create dynamic segments and personalized messaging. Analytics & Reporting • Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions). • Conduct A/B tests and provide actionable insights. Partner & Offer Campaigns • Manage co-branded campaigns and ensure brand consistency. • Support partner offers, tier upgrades, and limited-time promotions. Content & Digital Management • Maintain website, app, and email content aligned with brand tone and UX best practices. BTL & On-ground Marketing • Support airport activations and enrollment initiatives with creative collaterals. Cross-functional Collaboration • Work with Brand, Loyalty, Partnerships, and Tech teams for seamless execution.
