About the job

Role Overview Manage B2B partner-led markets within the Japan, Australia, and New Zealand region to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Ensure accurate demand forecasting, drive efficient commercial operations, and lead strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Position Description As the Associate Manager / Manager (Commercials), you will be responsible for : • Developing and executing business plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. • Driving business growth by increasing sales, working closely with in-market teams and commercial partners. • Ensuring accurate demand forecasting aligned with cycle timelines to support supply planning. • Monitoring sales performance and implementing corrective actions to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. • Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with business clients and commercial partners. • Managing customer complaints and coordinating internally, taking necessary actions to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction. • Managing partner interactions for order generation and processing in line with revenue targets. • Coordinating with internal stakeholders for timely order processing, shipments, and documentation. • Contributing to business development and expansion in the region by providing strategic and tactical input. • Product Knowledge and Training : • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's product portfolio. • Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends and regulatory changes. REQUIREMENTS : • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Business or Commerce, preferably from a top-tier institution. MBA or equivalent degree in business would be desirable. • 6-9 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Commercial Operations and Client Relationship Management. • Skills and Competencies : • Ability to engage with stakeholders, from both business and technical functions, to understand work practices, business requirements and decision flows • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities is a must. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
