This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities: • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals. • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to identify new opportunities and improvements. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products. • User Experience: Focus on enhancing user experience by understanding user needs and translating them into product features. • Product Development: Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market needs. • Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and implement necessary adjustments to optimize product success. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a Tier 1/2 college. • Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment. • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. • Tools: Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. • Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong desire to innovate and drive change.
