Role Overview We are hiring an Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the development and scaling of our loyalty management system, rewards engine, and digital engagement platforms. This role involves product lifecycle management, Agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer success teams. Key Responsibilities (SEO-Optimized) Product Management & Strategy • Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization for loyalty and rewards platforms. • Own product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Market Research & Customer Insights • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify trends in fintech, digital payments, loyalty programs, and CRM systems. • Translate customer and merchant feedback into actionable product improvements. Agile Product Development • Work closely with engineering teams using Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies. • Manage backlogs and sprint planning using Jira and related tools. UX / UI & Customer Experience • Collaborate with UI/UX designers on wireframes, user journeys, customer flows, and interaction design for web and mobile applications. • Ensure intuitive and scalable user experience (UX) across customer and merchant dashboards. Data, Analytics & Performance Tracking • Track product KPIs, adoption metrics, and feature performance using data analytics. • Use insights to drive product optimization, retention, and engagement. Product Launch & Documentation • Support product launches, go-to-market activities, and release management. • Create product documentation, user guides, and release notes for internal teams and clients. Required Skills & Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Product Development. • Experience working with fintech products, digital payments, merchant solutions, loyalty & rewards platforms, or CRM systems. • Strong understanding of customer engagement, rewards programs, and lifecycle management. • Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum frameworks. • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio, or similar product tools. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred • Experience in B2B SaaS or consumer-facing digital platforms. • Exposure to mobile apps, POS integrations, APIs, or omni-channel systems. • Knowledge of payments, wallets, UPI, or merchant ecosystems.
