Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Program Manager to manage the OT/Anesthesia Technology program. The ideal candidate should have relevant clinical and academic experience and must hold valid BLS and ACLS certifications. Key Responsibilities • Manage and implement the OT/Anesthesia Technology training program. • Coordinate with clinical partners, faculty, and academic teams for smooth course delivery. • Develop and update curriculum based on current medical and industry standards. • Organize hands-on training sessions, workshops, and simulation-based learning. • Ensure students receive comprehensive theoretical and practical training. • Monitor student performance and implement improvement measures. • Maintain academic documentation as per institutional and accreditation norms. • Arrange BLS & ACLS refresher training and certifications. • Conduct periodic academic audits to ensure program quality and compliance. Qualifications & Experience • Education: M.Sc. in OT Technology, Anesthesia Technology, or related field. • Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of clinical and academic experience. • Certifications: Mandatory BLS & ACLS certifications. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Familiarity with hybrid/online teaching tools and academic technologies. Preferred Candidate Profile • Gender: Male (as per organizational preference). • Strong ability to lead academic operations and coordinate with stakeholders. • Passionate about healthcare education and student development. • Proactive in keeping updated with OT/Anesthesia training trends.
