Job Requirements About the Role The Associate Relationship Manager – Branch Banking is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key clients within the Retail Liabilities business. This role focuses on acquiring High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), deepening existing relationships through cross-selling, and delivering personalized banking solutions. The incumbent acts as a trusted advi ... sor, ensuring superior service delivery, portfolio management, and compliance with branch standards, while contributing to strategic initiatives and enhancing the bank’s visibility. Key Responsibilitieses **Primary Responsibilities• Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients by offering need-based solutions to increase their share of wallet.• Acquire HNI customers and onboard them into the Privilege Banking Program.• Deepen existing banking relationships through cross-selling of products and solutions.• Ensure compliance with branch Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain control in sales and service processes.• Serve as a liaison between the bank and key customers, providing complete banking solutions, portfolio management, wealth management, and customer servicing. Secondary Responsibilities• Conduct regular activities in the catchment area to acquire HNI customers and enhance IDFC FIRST Bank’s visibility.• Participate in key central initiatives and actively seek referrals from existing customers.• Collaborate with team members and support functions to deliver comprehensive product and service offerings to clients. What We Are Looking For Education• Graduate in any discipline. Experience• Relevant experience in retail liabilities, relationship management, or HNI banking is preferred. Skills and Attributes• Strong relationship-building and client servicing skills.• Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored banking solutions.• Knowledge of retail banking products, especially liabilities and wealth management.• Excellent interpersonal skills.• High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.• Proactive approach to customer acquisition and portfolio growth.• Fluent in English with strong business communication skills.
