About the Role This is a full-time remote position for an Associate Researcher. The Associate Researcher will be responsible for supporting research projects, conducting data collection and analysis, preparing reports, and assisting in project execution. Key Responsibilities • Supporting research projects to ensure successful outcomes. • Conducting data collection and analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods. • Preparing detailed reports on research findings. • Assisting in project execution by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications • Strong research and analytical skills with expertise in data collection, data analysis, and report writing. • Experience in project management, monitoring frameworks, and evaluation methodologies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to documentation and quality assurance. • Familiarity with thematic areas such as public health, sanitation, renewable energy, or livelihoods is desirable. • Proficiency with research tools and software such as R, Python, NVivo, or SPSS is a plus. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote settings, meeting deadlines efficiently.
