JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Associate / Senior Associate - Performance Marketing Experience Level: 2+ Years About the Role We're seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer with proven expertise in B2C lead generation. If you're someone who gets excited about optimizing campaigns, driving quality leads, and delivering measurable ROI, this role is for you. You'll own performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, manage substantial budgets, and directly impact our business growth through strategic testing and optimization. Key Responsibilities Campaign Development & Execution • Design, build, and execute high-performing digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and TikTok • Manage 5-6 figure budgets with discipline, ensuring maximum cost efficiency and lead quality • Develop platform-specific strategies tailored to audience behavior and channel dynamics Performance Optimization • Monitor campaign metrics daily, identifying performance gaps and opportunities • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting to maximize conversions • Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to continuously improve campaign efficiency Data Analysis & Reporting • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and custom reporting tools • Track and optimize key metrics: Cost Per Lead (CPL), Lead Quality Score, ROAS, and conversion rates • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven B2C lead generation success • Budget Management: Demonstrated track record managing 5-6 figure advertising budgets with positive ROI • Technical Proficiency: Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager • Analytical Mindset: Strong data interpretation skills and comfort with numbers-driven decision making • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Key Skills • Google Analytics & Google Ads • Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram Ads • LinkedIn Advertising • TikTok Ads Manager • Excel & Data Analysis • A/B Testing & CRO • Campaign Management What We're Looking For • Someone who is detail-oriented yet sees the big picture • A creative problem-solver who thrives on optimizing performance • Data-driven thinker with curiosity to understand "why" campaigns perform • Self-motivated individual comfortable handling multiple campaigns simultaneously • Team player who communicates effectively across departments
